Let's find your dream home

"We had such a great experience working with Maria and her team. From day one, she was attentive, easy to communicate with, and always had our best interest in mind.

She walked us through every step of the process, answered all our questions (big and small), and gave us solid advice that helped us feel confident in our decisions. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail really made a difference, and she handled everything with care and professionalism.

Thanks to Maria, the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. We’re so glad we had her in our corner—highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!"

"The Sarmiento team was fantastic to work with. She gave honest, market-savvy advice and was incredibly patient with my parents during showings. As a first-time buyer I appreciated how clearly she explained everything- especially since my mortgage officer was very hands-off. i’d definitely recommend her to other first-time buyers!"

"Please do not hesitate whether you should work with Maria or not. She is the definition of an expert real-estate agent. She was extremely knowledge throughout the whole process and more. She was absolutely on top of everything. Her work ethic is beyond question. She made the process fun and smooth the whole way.
I’m truely thankful that I was recommended to her. Ty Maria, you are the best."

"Exceptional Service and Outstanding Results!

Maria Sarmiento and her team at Sarmiento Properties are simply the best! Maria helped me sell my fourplex at top dollar, exceeding my expectations. She didn’t stop there—she also helped me find tenants for my other rental property and has consistently renewed those leases over the years, always securing high-quality tenants and maximizing the financial value of my investment.

Their tenant screening process is thorough and effective, and their communication is incredible. Maria and her team are always professional, pleasant, and responsive. They’re truly on top of everything, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Working with Maria has been such a fantastic experience that I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional real estate and property management services. You won’t be disappointed!"

Maria’s attention to detail and excellent communication set her apart. I highly recommend Maria and her team for anyone seeking a top-notch real estate experience."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maria and her team! We were already friends on fb, I had seen her posts online and knew she was a realtor. I called her because I was thinking about buying a house in a year or two. Little did I know that 2.5 months later I would be moved into my new home!

She put me in touch with her Mortgage Consultant, Gonzalo Lopez with Expert Home Loans. 2 days later I was pre-approved for more than I expected!

Maria is funny and patient. She is very generous with her knowledge and wants to make sure that every client is happy. Her team is also amazing (I’m lookin at you Monica!) and the contractors she works with are fantastic.
Being my first home purchase, I had watched tons of videos online and tried to educate myself (to be less terrified of the process). Yes, I’m “that client” who had lots of questions and who attended all the inspections (which was really educational). Maria answered every question (even when she was on vacation) and got back to me later when necessary.

We wound up looking at 4 homes total, and closed escrow in only 3 weeks (we couldn’t have performed that little bit of magic without Gonzalo)!

I’m so happy in my new home. I bought a duplex. So, my bestie lives next door and I’m a landlord now! Maria is still checking in with us to see how we’re doing. I will absolutely have her help me again when I buy my next property (or my bestie buys hers).

I cannot imagine why you would hire anyone else to help you buy a property (ok, unless you’re married to them 😊)!"

"This is a long OVERDUE review to Maria and her team. With the help of Maria we sold our house in no time. We had a short time-frame and she made it happen. Truly professional, insightful, kind, and fierce all-in-one! Maria and her team are the FULL Package! They made the whole process streamline. Advice to the next....just trust her process and all will be well. Thank you again, Maria and Team!"
